Wherever you are,we'll meet you there.

Most of the process happens by phone, video, and secure upload, so where you are matters less than you'd think. We quote in US or Canadian dollars, whichever your business runs in.

    Canadian buyers looking at US businesses, and the other way round. We handle the extra paperwork that comes with it.

    We visit every business before it's listed, and we're there for the handover. Some things shouldn't happen over a screen.

Which time zone are you in?
Both offices run on Eastern time. If you're on the West Coast or in the Prairies, we're happy to talk early evening your time.
Can I come to an office?
Yes, by appointment. Most owners prefer we come to them, or meet somewhere neutral, so nobody at work wonders why a broker dropped by.
Do you work outside Connecticut and Ontario?
Yes. We work with owners and buyers in every US state and every Canadian province. The first conversation and most of the process happen remotely, and we travel for the visits that matter.
Is the first conversation really free?
Completely. No fee, no obligation, and no follow-up calls unless you ask for them. Plenty of owners talk to us a year before they do anything.
